I come from the background of running a marketing agency for 10 years and have worked with over a hundred business on their marketing.
Did I always get it right while running my agency and building a team. The simple answer is no. Although I was good a my “job” I didn’t always have clarity on what I was doing, I made poor decisions and I counteracted this with just working harder and longer. But you can only do that for so long.
The pressure built up, I started to resent my business and I ended up having a year of therapy.
My approach isn’t conventional. I blend life coaching with business mentoring. My experience with business marketing allows me to provide a strategic consultancy and coaching role, but my life coaching allows me to understand that life is bigger than just your business. It is about you as a person too.
